Poetry
by Robert L. Martin

Robert L Martin has been writing poetry since the 1960s, and to this day spends most of his waking moments writing.

In the past few years, he has been writing books of poetry for Cyberwit.net. Before that he wrote two chapbooks, published by "In his Steps Publishers" for which he won two poetry awards. He also appeared in many journals and magazines through the years. He also writes poems regularly for the “Belt and Beyond” newspaper, "Poets' Espresso" anthology books, and has written for "Madswirl" online for many years.

Mr. Martin's poetry was influenced by the passion and vibrant imagery created by the words of Khalil Gibran,  Pablo Neruda, Grace Chacon Leon, Catherine Stanger, Cory Garcia, Nelson Reyes, and J Ann Crowder.

Robert's books of poetry are published by Cyberwit. His books may be purchased there, or on Bookshop.org, Amazon or Barnes & Noble. You may also request them at your favorite local book store!
